This wool appliqué wall hanging or table runner is part of my series of projects that features assorted crazy quilt stitches. This project was designed to highlight the use of Valdani hand dyed variegated pearl cotton threads. There are three sections of circles separated by an X design and then a top and bottom motif. Each section is stitched with just one color of thread! The X designs use another color. The full size pattern comes on two large papers, (only one place that you need to join them!), along with complete directions including color placement of four balls of variagated threads. Finished size : 11″ x 56.5″
Please note: A correction has been made to this pattern!
The description calls for 2-1/2 in circles ; it should be 2-1/4 in circles.
The paper drawing of the design is correct.
Going forward, kits will have the correct size circles.
